29% of YogaHive Pty Ltd profits will be provided to GOYA at 6monthly intervals from January 1st 2021. When we have an agreed upon security amount in the bank this will become 29% of YogaHive takings rather than profits. Additional funds will be sought via grants, and services.

As a Not for Profit Co-op, Get Off Your Asana is set up to securely hold raised funds for yoga related organisations that do not have Not for Profit status. This permits the raising of funds without loss of percentage to taxation. Get Off your Asana will collect, auspice and allocate funds to the payees and give. This service costs 7% of takings as opposed to the business rate of tax between 19 and 32% and assists you to build a transparent, well respected line of fund raising. This service will be available from Jan 1st 2021.
